Learn from Mischa
I teach practical skills for navigating some of the hardest parts of being human together: power, accountability, conflict, boundaries, harm, repair, integrity, and trust.
My workshops turn complex ideas into memorable frameworks, shared language, and practices people can use immediately — in their relationships, organizations, leadership, and communities.
My teaching combines original frameworks, real-world examples, facilitated discussion, reflection, and experiential practice. Participants don't just learn concepts. They practice making better decisions, navigating difficult conversations, receiving feedback, repairing mistakes, recognizing power, and acting more coherently with their values.
The material can be challenging. The learning environment doesn't have to be.
I teach with rigor, curiosity, humor, compassion, and room for complexity.

Student Testimonials

“We can talk about theories, but we really need spaces to practice. This class was transformative because I got to take these theories, practice them in dyads and groups, and then practice them in my community. I got to intentionally use the skills I learned in my relationships and see the results. It very rapidly gave me knowledge I wasn't getting in other spaces, and so much clarity and an abundance of tools and practices I can use in my life.”

“I'm a therapist, and the biggest impact has been on my practice. I was able to immediately take this content into both my personal life and my work — especially the material around integrity, harm, impact, accountability, and repair. I've had people reflect in the same session or the week after, 'Wow, that was really helpful,' or tell me, 'I brought that to my wife after our session and we were able to work through something we'd been arguing over for a long time.'”

“I really appreciated how well organized the course was — it felt like a full-package, wraparound experience. Mischa showed up as himself, including his vulnerabilities and mistakes. It feels so safe when a teacher admits they're not perfect; it gave me permission to do my own work and modeled that this is all a work in progress. Mischa was a total expert and showed up in all his imperfections. And it was joyful and light even while we were tackling really deep material.”

“With each class, I was immediately able to share what I was learning with friends who weren't in the course. I came in wanting to build a toolkit for connecting with people, but it expanded into how I choose to relate to my environment and the people in it — how I show up in the world in ways that feel authentic. Mischa is so invested in these teachings and exercises, and brings such care and attention to the work. His teaching offers incredibly thoughtful and inspiring ways we can show up as better humans, for ourselves and for those around us.”

“I came away every session with a huge takeaway that I could immediately put into practice in my life. A lot of it became easily integrated into how I relate day to day, and the people in my life have benefited. I think you end up a more trustworthy, reliable, dependable, honorable person from taking these learnings and making them a reality for yourself.”
